What to Expect

You join a real client team from day one. No fake projects, no coffee runs — just meaningful work with mentorship built in.

The Path

  1. Month 1: Onboarding, tooling, codebase familiarization
  2. Month 2–3: Feature development under supervision
  3. Month 4–6: Independent ownership of a feature or module

After the Internship

Successful interns receive a full-time offer. 6 of our 18 mentees are now full-time engineers at the14bits or partner companies.
